All of Dr. WhitePro products are covered under a one-year limited warranty for the new product that is free from defects in materials and workmanship since the day of purchase, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

Please refer to Warranty Registration to register your new product. Also, note that the registration must be completed within 14 days counting from the date of purchase.

You will be required to submit the original purchase invoice as proof of purchase date and if requested, the entire product, to support a warranty claim. Dr. WhitePro will replace at its discretion any part of the product, which in its opinion is defective, provided the product has not been abused, misused, altered, or damaged after purchase, was used according to instructions, and was used only with accessories or consumable parts approved by us. Installation is the responsibility of you (the consumer) and is not covered by the warranty. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or cost resulting from the misuse of our products. Please note that this limited warranty excludes accessories or consumable parts such as nozzle tips, batteries, etc.
